People who have used 'My Met Service'

I note you seek access to the following information:

Could you please let me know how many people have used 'My Met Service' to feedback after speaking to an officer for each month since it has launched, and your estimate of what proportion of interactions this accounts for?

The measurement period covered is from 24/09/2023 to 17/12/2023. This was the trial period for My Met Service which took place in NE - North East BCU (Newham and Waltham Forest), CE - Central East BCU (Hackney & Tower Hamlets) and EA - BCUs.

During this reporting period, 1974 survey links were sent to victims of crime. 317 responses were received. This equates to a response rate of 16%.
My Met Service has since rolled out to the remaining BCUs. They went live as follows:

• NA - North Area BCU (Enfield and Haringey) from 4 December 2023.

• AS - Central South (Lambeth and Southwark), SN - South Area (Bromley, Croydon and Sutton), SW - South West BCU. Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston and Wandsworth, SE - South East (Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham) from 18 December 2023.

• AW - Central West BCU (Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, Charing Cross ), WA - West Area BCU (Ealing, Hillingdon and Hounslow), CN - Central North BCU (Camden & Islington), NW - North West BCU (Barnet, Brent & Harrow) from 8 January 2024.
