The information has been obtained via looking at the REED Agency invoice spend over the above mentioned financial years, based on those inputs marked as Agency/Temp Staff and Contractors.
We have excluded Consultancy costs
Please note the figures for the financial years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22 & 2022/23 are inclusive of VAT, however the figures for 2017/18 are split between Feb-Mar-18 which are also inclusive of VAT and Apr-Jan-18 which are exclusive of VAT
The reason for the breakdown is due to the migration of accounting systems (SAP to PSOP) and data which took place in January 2018, limiting the information available to us based on those inputs marked as Agency/Temp Staff and Contractors.
