When will the Track My Crime online portal be developed and launched so that victims of crime are able to access information online about the progress of their cases?

Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

The MPS is considering introducing an online portal for victims of crime to seek and receive updates about their investigation/case.

No decision has been made at this time and the MPS is in dialogue with other forces and the national Police Digital Service about the benefits and implications of this technology.
