Q1 - From Jan 2017 until Dec 2023 the total number of officers who have retired via the ill health retirement process
Q2 - The “bandings” that were awarded to the officers in the first instance by the Selected Medical Practitioners in the Injury on Duty award process
It should be noted that not all medical retirees apply for, or are eligible to receive, an injury award. Also, the years in which the injury awards are assessed do not correlate to the years in which they were retired, as there is no time limit to applying for an injury award.
