Please can you provide data for the last 12 months on the following, broken down month by month: Recruitment:

1) Number of officer applications.
2) Number of officers starting training.
3) Number of officers who've completed phase one training.
4) Number of officers who've attained independent patrol status.
5) Number of officers who've completed their probationary period.
6) Number of officers transferring into the Metropolitan Police. Leavers:
7) Number of officer resignations.
8) Number of officer resignations during probationary period.
9) Number of officer retirements.
10) Number of officer dismissals.
11) Number of officers dismissed during their probationary period.
12) Number of officers transferring out of the Metropolitan Police.

In regards to your fourth question, please see below the number of officers who have achieved Independent Patrol Status for the past 12 months:

Between December 2022 and November 2023 2524 recruit officers achieved Independent Patrol Status. I note you wanted this figure broken down on a month to month basis, however at this time we are unable to accurately provide this information due to the way this is currently recorded.

In regards to your third question however, the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) do not phase training therefore do not hold the information you are seeking.
