(2) What is the grade/salary band of the most senior person who writes FOI responses? (i.e. what grade are they and what salary range covers this grade)

(4) What is the grade/salary band of the most senior person who writes submissions for the ICO?
(5) What is the grade/salary band of the manager of the FOI team?
(6) In 2023, 2022 and 2021 respectively how many FOI and EIR requests did you deal with?

Q1 - How many people work in your FOI team (or team responsible for dealing with FOI requests)?

The FOI team consists of:
3 x Band C (1 vacancy)
18 x Band D (2 vacancies)

Q2 - What is the grade/salary band of the most senior person who writes FOI responses? (i.e. what grade are they and what salary range covers this grade)

The most senior person that writes FOI response is that of a Grade D. Please refer to the link below regarding grades and pay:

The most senior person who writes internal review resposnes is that of a Grade D. Please refer to the above link regarding grades and pay.

Q4 - What is the grade/salary band of the most senior person who writes submissions for the ICO?

The most senior person who writes submissions for the ICO is that of a Grade C. Please refer to the above link regarding grades and pay.

Q5 - What is the grade/salary band of the manager of the FOI team?

The Grade of the FOI Manager is that is a Grade C. These managers would lead the FOI Information Managers.

Q6 - In 2023, 2022 and 2021 respectively how many FOI and EIR requests did you deal with?
