2. As well as any materials which elucidate the criteria against which such joining applications are to be considered.

Q1 - Please kindly provide the forms used by SNTs to receive applications from members of the public who would seek to join the local SNT ward panels,

There is no official form centrally proscribed in this situation to which the MPS can refer to, the information you have requested is the therefore not held.

It may be that certain Ward teams or boroughs have created their own local paperwork to assist with applications. In a future request you may wish us to focus in on an individual Borough of interest regarding any specific paperwork it may have created independently.

Q2 - As well as any materials which elucidate the criteria against which such joining applications are to be considered.

Whilst an official form you have requested is not held, the MPS does have a Community Ward Panel Handbook which give some guidance to those involved in ward panels or setting up ward panels with the police. It is due a review in the near future.
