Can I please request an ethnic breakdown of victim and suspect for total crimes broken down by each borough within London for 2021 to 2023 OR if the former is NOT available to be done under time and budget restraints it can just be for 2023 alone.

PLEASE CONTACT ME if there are any problems with the request. I am more than happy to accommodate any time restraints and budget limitations according to this request so long that I can at least get some form of extracted data
