Please can I have the policy on the use of police video evidence gathers, which covers, were the footage is stores, how the footage is used.
When footage is uploaded, it is deleted automatically after 28 days unless specifically requested to be saved for normal 7 year retention period if it is to be used as evidence in the future.
how someone can request the footage and how can someone request the video footage be deleted
Requests for footage would go through the normal Right of Access Request process.
