Same as 01/FOI/24/038706 but for the years of 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019

If it is possible, are you able to (Request 1 above to reiterate) proceeded against data for the years of 2019, 2020, 2021 aggregated but by borough?

I would like to know the nationality (please if you could just split this into UK nationals, duel nationals and foreign nationals) of offenders of rape offences
