Can you please let me know how many tool thefts there were in total in 2023, whether from a vehicle or not?

I would like the information for the below for the year 2023 - or the most recent 12 month data available:

- The total number of tool thefts in your area
- Monetary value of tools stolen
- The breakdown of tool types stolen
- A breakdown of whether tools were stolen from a vehicle or from elsewhere
- If vehicle, how the vehicle was entered
- If vehicle, was the vehicle at home address or elsewhere
- How many prosecutions as a result of the reported tool thefts
