I note you seek access to the following information:

For each of the last ten calendar years (1 January 2014 - 31 December 2023):

1. How many police buildings (and or land) have been sold? Please list them (and advise what they were previously used for, for example if they were a police station or land used for car storage) and advise how much they were sold for. If land only, please advise the size.

2. What buildings or land owned by the Force are currently up for sale? Please provide a list.

3. Broadly, of the funds raised, what has this money been used for?

Q1 - How many police buildings (and or land) have been sold? Please list them (and advise what they were previously used for, for example if they were a police station or land used for car storage) and advise how much they were sold for. If land only, please advise the size.

Please see the spreadsheet below recording all disposals in the period requested. The classification listed on the spreadsheet is the historic classification from our property database Manhattan which may differ to our current definitions, particularly that of a police station.

Please note that we do not we record what the usage was of properties in Manhattan, therefore this information is not held.

Q2 - What buildings or land owned by the Force are currently up for sale? Please provide a list.

No properties are currently up for sale. Terms for the sale of two surplus plots of land at the Peel Centre Hendon have been agreed and the sale is progressing.

Q3 - Broadly, of the funds raised, what has this money been used for?

The receipts from disposals goes toward the MPS Capital Programme.
