In 2023 the Grievance Team received 360 grievances. In 68 cases Race discrimination was alleged.
Q4 - Of these, how many cases have been found in the grievant’ s favour?
The grievance team does not record if a grievance is upheld but the method by which it was concluded. 40 of the 68 cases have been concluded and 28 are currently live. The breakdown of the 40 closed race discrimination cases is as follows

2 – Case migrated – Another Area
3 – Closed
7 – Complainant withdrew grievance
5 - Informally resolved
9 - Aggrieved referred matter of conduct
