Q1 - All training/instructional materials supplied to or by the SMPs during the above time period.
When an SMP is appointed, it is expected that they will be fully conversant with the relevant Regulations (Police Pension Regulations 1987, 2006 and 2015 and the Police (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2016) which are available online. Both the SMP and the individual PPA is responsible to keep up to date with any changes to the Regulations and also any relevant case law.
Q2 - All guidance documents supplied to or used by the SMPs during the above time period.
The Home Office have not supplied any guidance documents for PPAs and SMPs during the stated period.
