In relation to the appointment of each member of the Met’s Management Board staff members to their current role please provide the following information:
• Date each role was advertised
• Where each role was advertised
• In the event an external recruitment or headhunting agency was used which firm was used
• How many applicants there were for each role
• How many applicants were interviewed for each role
• What the stages were for each appointment process (eg application form, interview panel, psychometric testing, stakeholder panel etc)
• Who conducted the main interview panel for each role
• Who was the final decision maker for each appointment
• If no competitive process was undertaken for any of the roles what the rationale was for this decision and who made the decision not to undertake a competitive process
For the avoidance of doubt please provide information on the appointment of the following individuals to their current roles, as extracted from the Met’s website, whether on a permanent, interim or temporary basis.
Where an individual is currently in post on an interim or temporary basis it is the interim or temporary role that the information is requested for, even if a recruitment process for the permanent role is currently underway or planned.
