Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

The reason for the pedestrian crowd control barriers is to protect the public attending Ceremonial Events and it is implemented under the Anti-Terrorism Traffic Regulation Order Westminster Ceremonial footprint ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14 AND 22C.
