Announcing the new policing plan for London, A New Met for London, on 18 July 2023, the MPS said in a statement: "We have taken records from every offence reported to us in the last year of violence against women and girls where a suspect is named to create a stack of the top 100 offenders ... Our approach will be to target the 100 most dangerous and work down. Our stack is constantly changing."
Please could you provide me with the following information on the stack of the top 100 offenders mentioned above:
Please provide the total number of unique offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. By unique, I am referring to separate individuals.
Please provide me with a breakdown of the ethnicity of all offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. Please provide this as totals, rather than percentages.

Since the go live date at the start of July 2023 to 15 August, the total unique offenders was 268.
Q2 - Please provide me with a breakdown of the ethnicity of all offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. Please provide this as totals, rather than percentages.

During the period, 118 out of 268 were arrested for at least one crime. This equates to 44%.
