I note you seek access to the following information:

Announcing the new policing plan for London, A New Met for London, on 18 July 2023, the MPS said in a statement: "We have taken records from every offence reported to us in the last year of violence against women and girls where a suspect is named to create a stack of the top 100 offenders ... Our approach will be to target the 100 most dangerous and work down. Our stack is constantly changing."

Please could you provide me with the following information on the stack of the top 100 offenders mentioned above:

Please provide the total number of unique offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. By unique, I am referring to separate individuals.

Please provide me with a breakdown of the ethnicity of all offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. Please provide this as totals, rather than percentages.

Please provide me with a breakdown of the nationality of all offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. Please provide this as totals, rather than percentages.

Please provide me with the total number of arrests of offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request.

In your response, please clearly indicate the time period for which the information you provide covers.

Q1 - Please provide the total number of unique offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. By unique, I am referring to separate individuals.

Since the go live date at the start of July 2023 to 15 August, the total unique offenders was 268.

Q2 - Please provide me with a breakdown of the ethnicity of all offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request. Please provide this as totals, rather than percentages.

The nationalities of those who appear in the stack were not collated.

Q4 - Please provide me with the total number of arrests of offenders that have appeared in the top 100 stack since the first 100 up to the date of this request.

During the period, 118 out of 268 were arrested for at least one crime. This equates to 44%.
