Please could you share the learning summary report for policing encounter panels referenced in the below report from June 2022. It says it was to be published by March 2023.
I asked MOPAC for it and was told that the information requested related to a commitment made by the Met, and to ask you.

A central learning summary, from Police Encounter Panels (PEPs), has not yet been completed. Launched in March 2022 and operating at a Basic Command Unit (BCU) level, PEPs have not yet reached a quantity where established organisational learning trends, in addition to local learning, have been identified. We will continue to review learning processes across all panels to improve the use of our policing powers.
