4) Is declaring membership of the Freemasons enforced in your police force, or voluntary?

Q1 - Are your police officers required to declare that they are members of any secret societies, including the Freemasons?
No. However, personnel must always declare an association circumstances where there is a potential conflict of interest and the relationship is outside of a professional role.
Q2 - Do you keep a register of the police officers who have declared that they are Freemasons?
No
Q3 - If so, according to the register, how many serving officers have declared that they are Freemasons?
N/A as per above
Q4 - Is declaring membership of the Freemasons enforced in your police force, or voluntary?
There is currently no process by which staff are expected or required to declare membership of the Freemasons
