Front Counters within the South East BCU

I note you seek access to the following information:

Several weeks ago commissioner Rowley commented on TV that one front counter in each BOCU would remain open for 24 hours. Will the remaining front counters provide a day core service or will they be closed. I am interested in the SE BCU, Lewisham, Plumstead + Bexleyheath.

Decision

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.

Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

The 2017 Public Access Strategy sets out the commitment to ensure that there is one 24/7 front counter in every borough. With respect to the South East BCU specifically there is one 24 hour front counter for each borough within the BCU:

Lewisham Police Station in the London borough of Lewisham, Plumstead Police Station in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Bexleyheath Police Station in the London borough of Bexley. There are no other daytime front counters within the South East BCU.
