I note you seek access to the following information:

Please could you answer the following questions for the time periods: 2020 calendar year, 2021 calendar year, 2022 calendar year and 01/01/23-23/10//23, for the Met's Commercial Services and Communication and Engagement (Directorate of Media Communications).

1) Please list all the crisis communications agencies/PR companies the Met has used over this period. This can be on a full-time rolling contract or a part-time basis (please specify which one) but has to be service for which the met paid for.
2) Please list the name of all the agencies/companies listed in the first question.
3) Please send the contracts signed between the met and the agencies/companies listed in the first two responses (agreeing the terms and conditions for their services).

The Communication and Engagement department and the Commercial Services team have not used any crisis communications agencies/PR companies.
