I’ve taken over on this; we would like to submit a separate request asking question one and two again, as you suggest.
1. The number of offences your force recorded of out-of-control dogs causing injury for the calendar years from 2014-2022 and for the current year (2023) to date. Should you feel that this breaches the cost/time limit of the Act, please could you provide data from 2018 to 2023 instead.
2. The number of seizures of dogs by your force for each of the calendar year for 2014-22 and calendar year for 2023 to date?

Clarification -
We can provide the information requested in Q1 in full, however to ascertain an accurate answer to your second question would involve having to individually review hundreds of individual paper records which would take this over the cost limits, we can however provide the Financial years from 2018/19 to date, would this be okay for you?

In regards to your second question, the MPS cannot supply any figures pre 2018 as the records prior to that date were paper based.
