Pippa Mills commenced as Assistant Commissioner in the MPS on 23/10/2023. As Assistant Commissioner for Trust and Legitimacy, she will lead on the cultural reform needed to enable the mission of More Trust, Less Crime and High Standards and will ultimately seek to support leaders to shift the culture across the organisation.
