I note you seek access to the following information:

REQUEST 1:
I would like to know how many female dog handlers have been pregnant or off on maternity leave within the last 10 years?

How many of those off have had their dog whether that be General purpose or specialist or both removed from them and re-handled?

How many of those who have been pregnant or off on maternity leave have come back and been allowed their dog back.

This information can be in calendar years

Does the Metropolitan Police have a policy on what should occur with their dog/s whilst a female handler is pregnant or off on maternity leave and if so what does this policy stipulate

If possible I would like to have access to the policy itself

There is no policy as all officers retain their dogs (If they wish to do so)
