I note you seek access to the following information:

Q1: How many drivers were sent a Traffic Offence Report for committing offence RT88096 (Use a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?

Q2: How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU10 (Using a vehicle with defective brakes) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?

Q3: How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU30 (Using a vehicle with defective tyre(s)) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?

If possible, please can you also answer the following questions:

Q4: How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU20 (Causing or likely to cause danger by reason of use of unsuitable vehicle or using a vehicle with parts or accessories (excluding brakes, steering or tyres) in a dangerous condition) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
