The Forfeiture Order figures relate to all POCA Forfeitures in the requested time frame (Seized Cash and Account Freezing Orders). The Joint Asset Recovery Database cannot separate Forfeiture Orders into Seizure types. Each case would have to be integrated separately to see what the initial seizure was.
The Met Figures are produced per Financial Year and published figures would be based on the reports run at the end of each quarter. The above will include cases added/changed after the published figures were produced.
