I note you seek access to the following information:

1. How many individuals who joined the force during the Uplift recruitment programme (November 2019 to end of March 2023) resigned during their probation period?

2. If possible, please could you present the figures according to the entry routes into policing (IPLDP, PCDA, DHEP, Profession Policing Degree Pre-Join Pathway, other)?

Q1 - How many individuals who joined the force during the Uplift recruitment programme (November 2019 to end of March 2023) resigned during their probation period?

Between 1 November 2019 and 31 March 2023 the Met recruited 9,673* officers.

Q2 - If possible, please could you present the figures according to the entry routes into policing (IPLDP, PCDA, DHEP, Profession Policing Degree Pre-Join Pathway, other)?

Of this number 1,144 left within their first 2 years' service (the length of the probationary period.)

The breakdown of this 1,144 is as follows:
