I note you seek access to the following information:
How many members of the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection unit have completed the JRFT (job related fitness test) policy for each year over the past five years?
And how many members of the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection unit have failed the JRFT (job related fitness test) policy for each year over the past five years?

This data was collated from the Police Single Operating Platform (PSOP), an oracle based system through SSCL, our outsourced payroll provider and is based upon current PaDP officers. In addition, the following rules apply to the above:
• The figures include a count for number of tests and number of unique officers (two separate counts in total). By doing this you can either look at the number of officers who have done a test or the number of actual JRFT’s recorded in the SIT .
• The Data is date tracked as of 16/05/2023, therefore it will only look for officers who are assigned to the level 4 org of Parliamentary & Diplomatic Protection or any child organisations under this level
• The JRFT tests themselves are based on the SIT Start date of the JRFT. This is done on calendar year so as an example if a test had a start date of 01-May-2019 this would be counted in the 2019 numbers.
• If the level obtained on the JRFT was Below 5.4 – Fail this is returned as Not Passed, any other level will be returned as Pass.
