The table presented is the total number of Traffic Offence Reports (TOR’s) issued for the offence of driving a vehicle with registration mark incorrectly displayed (format); and driving a vehicle with registration mark obscured or not easily readable for the years you have specifically requested and we have also gone beyond to include January 2023 to 31 May 2023 data.
