I note you seek access to the following information:

1. We therefore continue to converse with policing partners and academic institutes to better understand the skills involved and how best we can utilise them in the fight against crime.
Do you mean by "academic institutes" the team at Greenwich University?
Do you advise police offers to take the test it offers?
Do you believe this test is suitable for identifying SR in the police forces?

2. The website of SRI, founded by the retired MET police officer, states the following: Metropolitan Police, Thames Valley, City of London, West Midlands and Jersey police all use Super Recognisers International’s services in the investigation of crimes relating to murder and other serious offences.
Could you please explain in which way the MET uses the SRI's services?

The MPS can confirm that we have previously had communications with Greenwich University in relation to this.

Q2 - Do you advise police offers to take the test it offers?

The MPS does not advise our officers to take the test referred to.

Q3 - Do you believe this test is suitable for identifying SR in the police forces?

This question is asking for an opinion. The MPS has located no recorded information that answers this question.
