I have today decided to provide some of the information requested below. Please note, however, that some of the information requested is not held in the format requested as explained below under ‘Duty to Advise & Assist’.

In relation to Q5 & 6 -
Q5 - A copy of investigation procedures to follow for internal grievances.
Q6 - A copy of the grievance process timeline.

With reference to Q1, 2, 3 & 4 -

Q1 - A copy of the Met’s absence policies.
Q2 - A copy of the Met’s career break policies.

Please note that these documents no longer exist in the form of policies as the MPS withdrew these Policies & SOPs in 2018.

We may be able to assist further if you were to explain exactly what information you are seeking, e.g., what specific information do you require when you say ‘the Met’s absence policies’ – this can relate to sickness, pregnancy and a variety of other ‘absences’; similarly, please explain the specific information you are seeking when you say ‘flexible working requests’.

This applies to all of the information requested in Q1, 2, 3 & 4, where we require the specific information you are seeking so that we can assist in providing the relevant responses as the previous generic policies and SOPs no longer exist.
