What time period, if any, does the MPS apply to historic substance use in respect of any prospective applicant to the MPS? i.e. is there a fixed or discretionary period that would apply in such circumstances which might prohibit an application on these grounds alone?

However when making a decision the vetting will take into account aggravating factors that can be further explained by following the link below. Specifically 8.4.2 that can be found on page 66.
