Q24 - How many agency workers, to include consultants, have secured permanent roles within the MPS
We are unable to provide a response to this question as we do not hold this information on our systems. If an agency worker takes up a permanent role in the Met, then a new IT/employee account is created for them. We are unable to cross-reference the permanent and agency accounts to determine who out of those who are permanent previously had an agency account as the agency accounts do not contain any individually identifying information, NI number for example, in them that could be used to cross-reference.
Q25 - What is the longest period of time that an agency worker has been employed to work within the MPS.
The longest period has been 10 years and 26 days.
