Firearms Instructors do not get paid any special allowances for their role.

What are these allowances and can you send me a breakdown of these officers pay?

Firearms Instructor roles are performed by both police officers and police staff, as such the pay is varied.

In regards to police officers, Firearms Instructors can be any rank between Constable and Chief Inspector. Link to Officer salary and allowances 

In regards to police staff, Firearms Instructors are banded at P1. Please see their pay scale below:
