Apply to attend a misconduct hearing

We allocate places at misconduct hearings on a first-come, first-served basis. 

How to apply to attend

Choose which hearing you'd like to attend from our current list of upcoming police misconduct hearings, take a note of the officer's name and dates, then click ‘Start’ below to complete our simple online request form.

Please note, if there are no misconduct hearings in the list, it means there are currently no hearings scheduled.

You can book for any hearing day plus the following day (if the hearing is more than one day). There are limited places available, so if you wish to book for more than two days, you need to complete this online form again.

If a place is available we’ll send you a confirmation email.

We can’t reimburse any expenses you incur by attending.

You won’t be able to apply to attend hearings being held in private.
