Report unwanted phone calls or visits from strangers
Getting unsolicited calls or visits from strangers can be stressful and sometimes intimidating, but there are several steps you can take to stay safe and resolve the situation.
If you’re getting unwanted calls, we recommend contacting your phone service provider. They should be able to suggest several ways to screen and block incoming calls. You might also consider registering with the Telephone Preference Service.
If you’ve taken the steps above and the calls or visits haven't stopped, please report this to us.
Click 'Start' below to complete our quick and simple online form. Please give as much information as you can.
We’ll assess your report, record the incident, and decide on the best course of action. We'll usually only get in touch with you if we need more details.
In some cases we’ll notify your local policing team who deal with antisocial behaviour. They may want to get in touch with you to discuss it further.
