What do I need to bring?

Please bring with you:

  • A valid passport, or

  • A full photo driving licence

If your passport is being held by the Home Office, we can accept a photocopy of your passport together with an officially stamped letter. You can also request for your passport to be released from the Home Office for 24 hours.

We normally provide the fingerprint forms, however certain countries may require their own specific forms. If your requirement is for clearance with

  • Canada
  • Japan
  • South Africa
  • USA

you may need to obtain these prior to your visit and provide these at the Fingerprints Office. Please note that there may be more than one form, so bring them all with you.

Please note that in relation to Iranian clearance, photographs of females require the head but not the face of the subject to be covered, and the subject must not be smiling. Any deviation will be rejected by the Iranian authorities.

How much does it cost?

One set of fingerprints: £74.80
Each additional set: £37.50

Please pay with cash at the time of the appointment. We are unable to accept card payments at this moment.
