Salary: £35,940 to £38,072 plus a disturbance allowance of 8.5% which includes allowances totalling £2,841. You will receive £30,507 the band minimum. Progress to the band maximum of £32,639 will be via incremental progression. There is also a location allowance of £1,841, a disturbance allowance of 8.5%, and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

The role as an enquiry officer is to ensure that statements and requests to collect digital media are undertaken on behalf of Met Prosecution Traffic (MO10), following requests from the Collision Investigation & Prosecution Teams (CIPT) case managers.
All enquiries are to be completed following correct procedures and policies.
Enquiry officers conduct enquiries and collect digital media on behalf of office-based staff to assist in the investigation of road traffic collisions. Enquiry officer's ability to conduct these enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner will enhance the reputation of the Met and increase customer satisfaction.
This direct interaction with victims and witnesses can also reduce the numbers of complaints received.
