Whilst being a serving member of the Metropolitan Police Service, it is alleged that at a work Christmas party, PC Glen Collier inappropriately touched a colleague. PC Collier admitted to engaging in inappropriate conduct towards his colleague.
PC Glen Collier actions breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour as set out in the Regulation 5 and Schedule 2 of the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020 namely discreditable conduct. The chair, AC Laurence Taylor, found the allegations of Discreditable Conduct proven at Gross Misconduct.
PC Collier received a Final Written Warning. Due to the seriousness of the breach of the standards of professional behaviour, the final written warning shall be in place for a period of five years.
