Officer concerned: PC Hywel Williams
Dates of hearing: 6 to 10 January 2025
On Friday 20 May 2022 and the early hours of 21 May 2022, it was alleged that PC Hywel Williams engaged in unwanted sexual touching of a colleague whist being off duty.
The officer faced nine allegations, however the Chair found eight out of nine allegations not proven and found one allegation proven against PC Williams to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct at a level of Gross Misconduct.
