The Misconduct Hearing of PC Gary Thomson P256825 based at AS - BCU concluded on Friday 13 December 2024. The hearing took place in person at Palestra House, 197 Blackfriars Road, London. PC Thomson attended and was legally represented by Mr Edmund Gritt.
It is alleged that in doing so the following Standards of Professional Behaviour have been breached:

The Independent Legally Qualified Chair, James Keeley and panel members Chief Superintendent Trevor Lawry and Independent Panel Member Martin Pike considered all of the evidence presented by the Appropriate Authority.
The panel found allegation 1a and 1b not proven but allegation 2 proven at a level of misconduct only.
PC Thomson was given a written warning to run for 18 months as from today.
