Summary

PC Evans faced the allegation that on the 17 September 2024 he was the subject of a random drugs test and the sample provided yielded a positive result for Cocaine.

Decision

The Chair found the allegation proven, in that PC Callum Evans had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct and Fitness for Duty at a level of Gross Misconduct.

PC Evans was dismissed without notice at the conclusion of the hearing.
