Special Constable Ben Smith based at South East Command Unit, answered allegations that his conduct amounted to a breach of Standards of professional Behaviour, in respect of Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy.
On 22 April 2017, whilst off duty, it was alleged MSC Smith sexually touched two female colleagues, whom he used to work with whilst working as a steward supervisor.
The panel found the allegations not proven.
