Officer concerned: PC Patrick Conway
Dates of hearing: 15 to 17 October 2024
It was alleged that on 11 and 12 September 2021, whilst off duty at Luton and Dunstable Hospital PC Conway was intoxicated, rude, swearing and verbally abusive to members of the hospital staff. It was further alleged this amounted to a breach of the standards of Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy.
The panel found the allegations proven at the level of Misconduct. PC Conway received a two year final written warning.
