Summary

Former Inspector Akinwale Ajose-Adeogun P208830, former DS Rob Butters P194466, PS Mark Harper P234979, PC Myles McHugh P239537, former trainee DC Hannah Rebbeck P258933 and DC Tyrone Ward P238449 were to answer allegations that their conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:

  • Confidentiality
  • Orders & Instructions
  • Discreditable Conduct

Decision

The panel chaired by Ms Sharmistha Michaels found the allegations against former inspector Akinwale Ajose-Adeogun, former DS Rob Butters and DC Tyrone Ward not proven.

The allegations against PS Mark Harper, PC Myles McHugh and former trainee DC Hannah Rebbeck were found proven at Gross Misconduct.

PS Mark Harper was handed a Final Written Warning for three years.

PC Myles McHugh was dismissed without notice.

Former trainee DC Hannah Rebbeck would have been dismissed if she was still serving.
