It was alleged that the conduct of PC Romeo Celoro had breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour, as follows:
1. It was alleged that between the 13 March 2022 and the 22 April 2022, PC Celoro sexually harassed another person, that is he engaged in unwanted conduct of a sexual nature towards a colleague.
Having considered all of the evidence provided by the Appropriate Authority and from the Officer, the panel found that the matter was not proven.
