Police Constable Zina answered allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
In August 2022, having been informed that any sexual or emotional relationships with trainee constables was strictly prohibited, PC Zina sought to have intimate or sexual relations with a trainee constable.
PC Zina engaged in sexual intercourse with a trainee constable in a public place. PC Zina, at the time was their street duties instructor.
It is alleged that in doing so, PC Zina breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of: Discreditable Conduct, Authority, Respect and Courtesy and Orders and Instructions.
The allegations were found proven at Gross Misconduct.
The Officer was dismissed without notice.
