Officer concerned: Former PC Marius Ostafe
Dates of hearing: 22 to 25 July
It was alleged that between the 22 December 2022 and 19 January 2023, whilst on and off duty, former PC Ostafe behaved sexually inappropriately and made inappropriate sexualised remarks towards three colleagues.
The aforementioned conduct was a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy.
The panel found that the allegations former PC Ostafe faced were all proven at a level of Misconduct.
No further action.
