Former PC Holtby allegedly made inappropriate and offensive comments to colleagues amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour (SPB) relating to ‘Equality and Diversity’, ‘Authority Respect and Courtesy’ and ‘Discreditable Conduct’.
Two allegations were proven as a breach of Authority, Respect and Courtesy but did not amount to misconduct.
