Summary

Between approximately May 2021 and early 2022, Police Sergeant G behaved inappropriately towards a female policing colleague whom he line managed.

The chair found the allegations proven at a level of Gross Misconduct and that PS G's behaviour breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Authority, Respect & Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct. 

Decision

PS G was reduced in rank to Constable.
